This Sketch I drew from a picture that appeared in Vogue magazine. The way the photograph was conceptualized and taken really presented the model as sensuous beauty, yet closed. The model wrapped in the traditional Indian attire for a woman i.e. the sareer, carries it own grandeur. I really liked the complexity in this simplicity- the shades of shadows, the folds, the body language, the traditional sense and the beauty.
