The beautiful morning slowly dawns,
As the sun rays cuts around the corners,
Illuminating the room with dancing shimmers,
Cast by the leaves as they sway wildly in the breeze.
I am alive,
Moments of smile,
Moments of a lazy stretch,
Moments of getting on to the bottoms,
Moments of warmth on the closed eyes.
I get up, change for a sprint.
Thump,Thump, the soles sound,
The laziness withers away as I hasten the breath,
Moments of fresh air gushing into the Being,
Moments of cool breeze caressing the face,
Moments of we, as I smile at them.
Moments of shimmering foliage from the trees,
Moments of song with the birds.
Lub-Dub,Lub-Dub,Moments of my heart,
Moments of sweat,pain and elation,
I cool down as the sprint ends,
Moments of those countless springs of joy,
As I smile at life and its moments.
