"Time is running out..." .. that's what I have titled the painting. Its oil painting done on 20"x 30" canvas board. I consider it as a homage to my memories of my grandparent's home "Amar Deep" in Mannagudde, Mangalore. The home is now desolate and been sold. Something else might come up in its place after being demolished. I visited the home often, during my summer holidays and whenever I have gone to Mangalore. Some of the items here like the wall clock and the deepa(lamp) are the reminiscent of the home. I remember the ringing sound of the clock on the wall coming out for ever passing hour.
