This is still life study of Nagpur Orange basket. :) . It is oranges season. Thought it would be apt to draw this subject before the oranges disappear. This is a postercolor painting done on canson paper. First time I tried poster on canson sheet of A2 size. I wanted to capture the brilliance of the orange color of the pulp . It was rough surface and somehow I managed to paint on it with smooth brush with all the discomfort.
