The Morning Bloom

Hi ... This not a sketch but and expression.. uncut ...Thought of sharing before its lost somewhere ... I think I wrote this on a day when I felt blessed by nature around and very relaxed.

The morning Sun shone Bright,
Day emerged in full Glory
The feeling within
Made a song come alive.

This song which emerged
From the emptiness of space Within,
And the urge for fulfillment of joy
For the the Space within.

A feeling to slowly drift
Into the silence of the Mind-
Dreams,Passions and Emotions emerged
Elements that drive me.

For now I am the driver,
They seem to be of Importance
When I am Physical.

To be blessed with Peace
When People are Around
and
People when Peace is around -
Thats what I dream today morning
When Life's Good
And Sun is Around.

Heavens in the Himalayas

The green mountainous surroundings and between them such elegant fortress. This is Tibet. The lush green mountains and the contrasting white fortress,the illumination of the entire scene by the morning sun, the reflection of the whole scene on the water body, so much is the effect of this unique mesmerizing scene that I sketched with all appreciation. Nature is truely the heart of our mind. It pumps in the relaxation like the heart pumps blood.

Lake at dusk

 

 The setting sun just behind the palace and lake with a small boat drifting on it. Just thinking of the mood in which I could picture myself to be just on that boat, the still waters,the lilac skies, the coolness of the surrounding sunk in so deep that I had to draw this picture that appeared in Outlook Traveller.

Yummy!!

A dish which I have never tasted. I liked the the yummy photograph of the dish. I think it has to be a brown bread topped with cream and anjeer along with honey. Loved attractive presentation of the dessert, more that satiating the stomach. If anybody knows the name of the dessert or dish then I would be glad to be enlightened with its knowledge.

Smiles for a Life

This sketch is based on a pic that appeared on Outlook Traveller. I really liked the expression on all the three girls and the body language. It emotivates one to think of our wonderful childhood adventures which was decorated with such simple, innocent and sometimes heroic smiles.I enjoyed many such moments with my siblings, may not be such still poses for camera though.

Fun with stillness

This view has a lot to stimulate one's calmness.Such a wonderful scene taken right from a pic in National Geographic magazine. I thought its worth to transforms such a beautiful photographic view into an art.I like the blend of colors in the scene. The water arousing feelings of calmness in the mind and the playful kids giving it a blend of fun. I love the mood whatever the pic tried to depict.

Anushka Sharma, a recent sensation in Bollywood. She is gorgeous. This drawing is based on 'Gitanjali' jewellery ad. There is something potentially attractive in the way they have portrayed her in this ad that instantly I thought she is worth to be captured with a pencil and paper too. I liked drawing her smile, its been a while since I have come across such a beautiful smile. The smile, as it stretches reaches her sparkling eyes too. This mixture of all gestures and facial expression really brings out her beauty. Personally I think this one of those pictures of her which has brought out every essence of her beauty. Of course, beauty is a bliss of a few , and nature of everybody, so exploring it is essential.

Soo... Cute...

I really liked the micro-expressions on the girl's face as she interacted with puppy. This subject I have taken from a local newspaper. The photographer just had the patience to capture the right moment. The picture came out naturally so well. The girl enjoy the beauty in the moment, so did the photographer.I enjoyed every moment in trying to bring out the right expression though it seems close enough. This done on paper with pencil as the medium.
